The result of the Petitioner's 4th year B.A.M.S. examination is withheld on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted.

The learned Counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending.

We have heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Sant, learned Counsel for Respondent No. 4.

The Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01.02.2022. The Committee shall, thereafter, endeavour to decide the proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner.

In case, the Petitioner is otherwise eligible then, the Respondent shall not withhold the result of the Petitioner's examination and also shall not refrain the Petitioner from appearing in the examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

Parties may take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that may be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding. 7.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
