The petitioner submits that Revision Petition No.34 of 2022 filed by the petitioner under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (second revision), is pending since July 2022 before the Honourable Minister for Revenue and Forest. 2.

The learned AGP submits that as notices will have to be issued to the litigating parties, the Court may grant 6 months time. The learned advocate for the petitioner prays that the appeal be decided by 30th June, 2023.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.
