Shri C.V.Thombre, learned Advocate holding for Shri A.R.Rathod, Advocate for the Petitioner, places on record the decision taken by the Government and followed by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad dated 30.07.2004 (two pages). The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification. Shri Thombre points out from Sr.No.22 on page 2 of Exhibit X that the Petitioner was absorbed in service and thereafter, has superannuated. The cause of action, therefore, does not survive.
