Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant-Acquiring Body and learned counsel for respondents-original claimants. Learned AGP is present on behalf of respondent- State and SLAO. Perused the application. 2.

Learned counsel for applicant acquiring body seeks permission to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 Maroti s/o. Manika Wasmate on record.

Leave to amend the prayer clause. The learned counsel undertakes to carry out amendment forthwith.

In view of reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to allow the applicant to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 on record. Accordingly, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). Appellant- Acquiring body is hereby permitted to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 on record. The requisite amendment for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 Maroti s/o. Manika Wasmate on record be carried out within three weeks.
