Heard the parties for final disposal at the stage of admission. 4.

The petitioner has challenged the order dated 06.11.2024 passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Latur thereby granting stay in favour of the respondents. It is the case of the petitioner that, though he is interested party, deliberately, he is not added as a party before the learned Divisional Joint Registrar.

Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow the writ petition. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(I).

The impugned order dated 06.11.2024 passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Latur stands quashed and set aside.

(II).

The writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C). (III). The respondent No. 1 appearing before the learned Divisional Joint Registrar to add present petitioner as a party. (IV). The learned Divisional Joint Registrar after adding the petitioner as a party shall give hearing to all the parties and decide the stay application within four (04) weeks from today. The main proceeding be decided within two (02) months from today. (V).

The writ petition stands disposed of.
