This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. G. J. Karne, learned advocate for the appellants is present. Mr. R. H. Dahat, learned advocate for the respondents/Insurance Company is present.

The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record

( 2 ) compromise terms. The compromise terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. 4.

The authorized officer of the Insurance Company Mr. Bharat S. Kedare, is personally present before the today's National Lok Adalat by filing his authority letter.

As per the terms of compromise the Insurance Company agrees to pay an amount of Rs.3,80,000/- [Rupees Three Lakhs Eight Thousand Only]. The present appellants also agrees to accept amount of Rs.3,80,000/- as full and final satisfaction of their claim. 6.

The Insurance Company shall deposit an amount of Rs.3,80,000/- within 45 days in the concerned learned MACT from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If fails, it shall carry simple future interest @ 6% per annum.

The appellants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount as per the compromise terms.

If there is any deficit court fees same shall be deposited and thereafter there shall be refund of court fees. 9.

In view of the disposal of the appeal, pending civil applications, if any, stand disposed off.

10.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
