Even today, none appears for the petitioner.

The learned Advocate for respondent No.1 submits that she has been in employment and her proposal for extending benefits of the Kalelkar Settlement was submitted by the Zilla Parishad on 6th February, 2004. The name of the respondent is at serial No. 4 in the list of employees submitted alongwith the proposal. The learned Advocate does not have further instructions as to what happened to her proposal. 5.

Considering the above, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Rule is discharged.

In the event, the petitioner moves an application for restoration of this petition, the office would accept the civil application only if the petitioner deposits an amount of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. five thousand only) alongwith the application for setting aside the order.
