Learned A.G.P. took this Court through the reply of the respondents/State. This Court has considered the cases of petitioners one-by-one. The reasons for giving benefit to petitioner Nos.1 to 4 are given. The benefit of Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana to petitioner Nos.5, 6 and 7 is also given. Such statement has already been made by the learned A.G.P.

In view of such statement and affidavit, this Court holds that the petition of petitioner Nos.1 to 4 cannot be allowed since the purpose of petitioner Nos.5, 6 and 7 has already been served.

The petition in respect of petitioner Nos.8 to 12 stands dismissed.

In view of above, petition stands disposed of.
