Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the tribunal and the observation made by the learned Member of the M.A.C.T., Dhule in para 15 of the impugned judgment and award, the applicant claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before this court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
