The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready with the demand draft of an amount of Rs. 72,000/- and prays that the office may be directed to accept the same.

The applicant to deposit the demand draft of Rs. 72,000/- in the office within two days. The office to accept the same. Upon deposit of the amount by the applicant, as directed above, the respondent No. 4 shall release and handover the original documents as well as
