No. 154 of 1998 and the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalgaon has informed that the said case is still pending and the matter is kept for taking steps by the complainant.

By order dated 25.9.2012, this court has observed that the Manager of the society, who was original complainant, is reported to be dead. However, till this date, the respondent original complainant has not taken any steps.

Since none present for the applicant, criminal application is dismissed for default with further directions that the trial court may
