1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application has been given by the mother of the petitioner on 2nd September, 1994 and 28th May, 2010 seeking appointment on compassionate in favour of the petitioner. The same is not considered.

2] Father of the petitioner died before 20 years. The petitioner was not born when the father of the petitioner died. The purpose of appointment on compassionate ground is to provide succour to the family of the employee, who died in harness. It would be too late in the day now to consider the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.
