ORDER :- Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

Out of deposited amount by the appellant in this Court, only 50% amount is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicantclaimant subject to filing of written undertaking to redeposit the withdrawn amount, as and when directed by this Court. The compensation amount deposited by appellant in this Court be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule to the extent of 50% only. Civil Application is disposed of. 3.
