The learned counsel Mr. S. K. Kadam for respondent Nos.3 and 5 submits that in view of the amendment dated 07.02.2023, being carried out in the Rule 7 whereby Sub-rule 5 has been inserted and also in view of the consequential subsequent order dated 08.02.2023, issued by Respondent No.3, the respondent No.8's name is already included in the voters list of APMC.

There is no dispute about the same. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner also concedes to the same position. Thus, the issue raised in the present petition stands resolved. 3.
