The limited grievance of petitioners is that, though the certificates are issued by the Sub Divisional Officer to petitioners of 'Tokare Koli' (Scheduled Tribe), the same are not in Form - C. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

The Tribe certificates are already issued to petitioners, however, it appears that, same are not in Form - C as required. The respondent/authorities who have earlier issued tribe certificates to petitioners shall issue the tribe certificates to

2 wp 395.18 petitioners in Form - C, after petitioners surrender the original tribe certificates. The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
