He submits that in the said order, in second line of paragraph No.3, "section 30(2)(a) of the Food Safety and Standard Act" is mentioned, which in fact should be "Section 328 of Indian Penal Code". 2.

In the second line of paragraph No.3, words "section 30(2)(a) of the Food Safety and Standard Act" be replaced by "Section 328 of Indian Penal Code".
