Issue notice to respondents. Mr. D.A. Bide, learned counsel waives notice for original claimants in respective applications. Mr. Chate and Mr. Kulkarni, learned AGPs waive notice for State / Special Land Acquisition Officer in respective applications. 4.

Mr. Bide, learned counsel for the original claimants as well as learned AGPs have no objections to condone the delay.

O R D E R

(i) The applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

(ii) The Registry to make scrutiny of the appeals and those be numbered and place before the Court for admission.
