1] Heard. Counsel for the appellant submits that father of the appellant/accused has instructed him not to appear in the matter since they do not want to prosecute the appeal. Therefore, the counsel prays that his appearance may be discharged from the appeal. 2] Perused the application. The alternate prayer of the applicant is to fix the appeal for hearing is allowed. Already, the appeal is included in the cause list of final hearing cases at Sr. No. 244. In case the appellant is ready, this court is ready to take up the appeal for hearing as per the request of the appellant. Prayer for bail cannot be considered as already the application for bail has been disposed of as not pressed.
