In this petition, the petitioner has prayed that the competent authority/respondent No.10 be directed to decide the objections filed and pending in Regular Darkhast No.7/2013.

The Law requires that respondent No.10 would conduct the proceedings in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure. 3.

Learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 9, 10 and 11 submits that respondent No.10 would decide the pending objections of the petitioner in accordance with Law and expeditiously. 4.

Considering the statement as above, this petition is disposed of. The learned AGP would convey this order to respondent No.10 expeditiously.
