Initially this court had passed an order dated 05-032019 granting interim relief subject to petitioner depositing Rs. 1 lakh in the office of this court and the effect of the judgment and order dated 27-11-2018 was stayed.

It is reported that till today no amount is deposited. 3.

This petition was taken up on 17-01-2025 and time was granted at the request of the petitioner. Even earlier on that

(2) 03-01-2025 time was sought. On the last date i.e. 10-07-2025 the matter was adjourned to today.

The petitioner was to show bonafide by depositing the amount of maintenance from 26-03-2019 till 08-07-2025. It was made clear that the petition has been heard subject to depositing of amount. In spite of this order till today, no amount is deposited.

When the matter is called out today, the learned advocate for the petitioner again sought time of two weeks to take instructions. It is clearly seen from the conduct of the petitioner that he is only prolonging the matter and is not obeying the order passed by this court.

The learned advocate for the respondent has pointed out these orders and submits that the petitioner has failed to show his bonafide. No amount is deposited. Hence, the criminal writ petition be dismissed for default.

This court has gone through the impugned judgment. Even from the impugned order this court finds that there is no merit involved in the petition. The criminal writ petition, therefore, stands dismissed.
