The contention of the petitioner is that he is the legitimate son of the deceased Mahadev from his first wife. Respondent No.4 (Rohidas), who is born to the deceased Mahadev from the second wife, had approached the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal vide Original Application No.925/2012. By the order dated 01.07.2014, the learned Tribunal directed the authorities to include the name of Rohidas in the waiting list for compassionate appointment. Subsequently, Rohidas has been appointed. He seeks employment.

In view of the above, the petitioner has a remedy of approaching the learned Tribunal, either for seeking review or by initiating an appropriate proceeding for seeking any order with regard to employment in government service. If he desires to challenge the order of the learned Tribunal dated 01.07.2014, subject to delay and laches on his part, he may prefer a petition in this Court.

Keeping the above liberties open, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
