Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel submits that the application is filed by the petitioner for grant of tribe certificate as belonging to Mannerwarlu Scheduled Tribe in April, 2015. However, the same is not yet decided by respondent no.2.

The learned A.G.P. states that in case such application is pending, respondent no.2 would decide the same on its own merits expeditiously. In case, the application filed by the petitioner (Exh. 'B') dated 28.4.2015 is pending with respondnet no.2, respondent no.2 shall take decision upon the same expeditiously, preferably within one month.
