No. 105 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mahur, District-Nanded is taken, then it appears that the said case is at the fag end and on 21st October 2024 i.e. today it is listed for the final arguments. If the applicant has faced the trial during the pendency of present application, then this is not a fit case where we can exercise our inherent powers under Section 482 of the

cria-25.21 Code of Criminal Procedure. No need to keep the matter pending.
