DATED : 12th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- Mr.Suryawanshi, learned counsel submits that petitioner is entitled for the difference of arrears as per the 6th Pay Commission. The same is being paid. The petitioner also filed representation with respondent Nos.2 to 4 for payment of arrears as well as salary of the 6th pay commission, however, the same is not considered as yet. 2] The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the said representation is filed and pending. The same would be considered by respondent no.2.

3] In light of that, we pass following order :

wp6399-14 -2a] Respondent no.2 shall decide representation of the petitioner (Exh.J) on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously within four months. 4] Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. V.L.ACHLIYA, J.
