1] Heard learned counsel Mr. Karlekar for the applicant. Perused the application. He submits that entire decretal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon, came to be deposited before the Executing Court. The reference court has granted exorbitant and excessive compensation amount by way of enhancement under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. Therefore, he insisted for stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court. 2] Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the applicant, and the nature of proceedings, ad-interim relief of stay is hereby granted to the execution and implementation of the impugned award passed by the learned C.J.S.D. Paranda, in LAR No. 215 of 2011, till further orders. 3] Civil application stands disposed of accordingly. [K.K. SONAWANE] JUDGE.
