We have heard Mr. Kurundkar, the learned advocate for the petitioner. The show cause notice is challenged. The petitioner is in Government service. The petitioner has a remedy available before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal with regard to his service.

As the petitioner has remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, we are not entertaining the writ petition on merits. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Maharashtra Administrative
