Learned AGP has filed affidavit in reply on behalf of respondent No.2. It is pointed out that respondent No.4 has withdrawn his nomination in relation to the election concerning Vividh Karyakari Sewa Sahakari Sanstha Maryadit, Kalkup, Tal.Parner, Dist. Ahmednagar. Therefore the petition does not survive. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners therefore submits that no grievance of the petitioners survives in light of withdrawal of the nomination by respondent No.4 and the petition can be disposed of, as being infructuous.

In the light of the above, the petition is dismissed, for being infructuous.
