The learned counsel for the applicant states that in an identical matter being Civil Application No. 452 of 2024, delay of 1317 days caused in filing the second appeal is condoned by this court vide order dated 10.12.2024.

He further states that the reason for condonation of delay is also the same, however, the respondents are different. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute that delay in Civil Application No. 452 of 2024 is condoned by this court and the controversy in both the matters is the same. 4.

In that view of the matter, the application for condonation of delay is allowed.
