Mr.Shahane, learned Advocate submits that the petitioner has passed away on 26/08/2005.

This petition has been filed by the deceased petitioner being aggrieved by the rejection of the Reference (IDA) No.31/1988 by judgment and award dated 11/01/1993. The deceased petitioner had worked for 266 days till April 1993 and is out of employment for the last more than 22 years at the time of his demise in 2005. 3.

Since the petitioner has passed away in 2005, this petition abates.
