CORAM : R.G. AVACHAT, J.
DATED : 14th MARCH, 2022 PER COURT :
1.
Heard.
2.
The challenge herein is to the condition directing the petitioner to furnish bank guaranty for release of his vehicle in his favour. According to learned counsel, the petitioner is unable to furnish bank guaranty since he is required to deposit that much amount with the concerned bank. He is however ready to furnish solvent surety in the like amount. 3.
In view of above, criminal writ petition is allowed. The impugned clause directing the petitioner to furnish bank guaranty is substituted with the condition to furnish solvent surety in the like amount. ( R.G. AVACHAT, J. ) SSD 1 / 1
