The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'B' as under:- "B) By issuing Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or directions in the like nature, the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench at Aurangabad may kindly be directed to decide the Original Application No.768/2019, filed by the petitioner as expeditiously within a period of one month."

Since we are not inclined to issue a direction to the learned Members of the Tribunal, the petitioner is at liberty to request the learned Tribunal to take up Original Application No.768 of 2019 for an expeditious hearing, keeping in view that the proceedings were earlier
