Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in Naxalite area in Kinwat taluka for nine years. He prays that his request for transfer from Kinwat to Latur needs to be considered. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that No objection Certificate from Zilla Parishad, Nanded, is submitted with the office of the Chief Executive Officer, Latur. Therefore, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur, may be directed to consider the request of the petitioner for appointment at Latur.

In case the statements made in the petition by the petitioner are correct, we direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur, to consider the request of the petitioner for transfer at Latur keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has rendered nine years service at Kinwat, which according to the petitioner is Naxalite affected area. The said request to be considered while effecting general transfers in the ensuing year 2015-2016. Petition disposed of in above terms. Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order. ( P.R.
