Mr. Deshmukh, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, after filing of present petition proposal has been forwarded to the Committee. The petitioners are also seeking protection. 2.

The disqualification process is not initiated against the petitioners. In case, Collector Parbhani initiates disqualification proceedings, then the petitioners can refer to the orders of the Apex Court. Those orders are required to be considered by the authority. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
