We have carefully perused the copies of the documents placed on record along with Petition.

Prima facie it appears that, there is compliance of mandate of provisions of Section 5 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977.

In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent No.3 to decide the proposal dated 16th January, 2015 submitted by Respondent Nos.4 and 5 for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably on or before 16th March, 2018 and communicate the said decision to the concerned Management and the petitioner.

With the above observations, the Petition stands disposed of.
