We have heard Mr. Kale, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that, the dispute is about measurement and apportionment of the amount. Against the measurement the petitioner has filed appeal before the D. I. L. R. The appeal is dismissed. The petitioner has preferred further appeal and the decision is awaited. The Special Land Acquisition Officer has stayed the disbursement of the amount, but has not passed final order.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that, after the appellate authority takes decision upon the appeal preferred by the petitioner vis-a-vis the measurement, the competent authority will pass final order. Till the final order is passed the amount would not be disbursed.

In view of the said statement made by the learned A. G. P., no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
