The petitioner is a 19 years old student, who is aggrieved that his application dated 28/09/2019 for issuance of 'Koli Mahadev' - Scheduled Category Certificate, is pending with the Sub Divisional Officer, Majalgaon, Dist. Beed for three years and three months.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.2, to scrutinize and process the case of the petitioner, and if he is found to be eligible, a 'Koli Mahadev' - Scheduled Tribe Certificate be issued to him, on or before 31/01/2023. The petitioner would render wholehearted cooperation to the said authority.
