Both the learned advocates, representing the respective parties, submit that the matter is settled between the parties and the petitioner has cleared all the dues of the respondent bank and accordingly, no dues certificate is also issued to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition and the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

3.

The amount of Rs.20,000/- deposited by the petitioner, pursuant to order dated 18th January, 2014 be refunded to the petitioner along with accrued interest.
