Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The limited grievance raised in the petition is of the pendency of an application submitted by the petitioner to the respondent authorities and more particularly to respondent No.2 i.e. Competent Authority/ Sub Divisional Officer, Nanded. Learned counsel invited our attention to the documents placed on record, the application is submitted by the petitioner on 13.05.2018, by way of on line process for grant of caste certificate in favour of the petitioner that the petitioner belongs to Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner has submitted all the requisite documents before the authority for issuance of certificate and time and again the petitioner requested the authority to issue the certificate, Exh.B (collectively) is the bunch of the representations submitted to the authority and

( 2 ) wp334.19 the last representation submitted to the authority is of 02.01.2019.

In view of these facts there would be no impediments to issue direction to respondent No.2 to decide the application submitted by the petitioner on 13.05.2018 as early as possible and not later than 12 weeks from the date of order of this Court.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
