After hearing the arguments, when we express our disinclination to grant any relief in review, for condonation of delay in fling of which the present application has been moved, Mr.Godhamgaonkar, learned Advocate for applicants, on instructions from his client, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the application as well as review petition with liberty to avail of the remedies as are available to him in law.
