This application is filed for bail. Heard both the sides.

This Court has perused the papers of investigation.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by father of the prosecutrix. At the relevant time age of the prosecutrix was about 13 to 14 years. As per the case of the complainant, she was studying in 9th standard.

Allegations are made that the present Applicant kidnapped her on 3rd August, 2014. The report was

-:(2):- given on 5th August, 2014. Papers of investigation, include the statement of the prosecutrix which shows that the applicant had given a promise of marriage when he is married and having one issue. He had taken her to Bhigwan and there he raped her. The applicant may flee and tamper with prosecution witnesses, this Court holds that it is not a fit case to grant bail. The application is rejected.

The learned Judge of the trial Court is expected to decide the case within 6 months from the date of receipt of this order.
