The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 252 of 2015 registered with Osmanpura Police Station, Aurangabad, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The investigation in the matter is already complete, rather investigation depicts that nothing was recovered from the applicant. There are no criminal antecedents against the present applicant but for offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian

In my opinion, further custodial detention of the applicant is not required, as the charge sheet is already filed in the matter. 4.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. Hence, the following order.

The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 252 of 2015 registered with Osmanpura Police Station, Aurangabad, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 394 of the Indian Penal Code, upon executing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 5.

The application is allowed in above terms.
