DATE : 10th January, 2025 Per Court :- The petitioner is before us soliciting directions to respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide his claim for validation of tribe certificate.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the vigilance enquiry has been conducted in the matter of his blood relatives Yogeshwar Laxman Mantre and Yogita Laxman Mantre and the petitioner is ready to adopt the reply filed by them.

We dispose of the Writ Petition requesting

*2* 957wp382o25 respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within twenty weeks.

It is made clear that we shall not be taken as permitting the petitioner to adopt anybody else reply to the vigilance enquiry report. If at all the petitioner is interested, he shall file separate application to the Committee and the Committee may consider it on its own merits.
