The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that in the petition for divorce filed by applicant No.1, which was pending before the Family Court at Latur bearing HMP No. A.80/2019, the parties have mutually filed their compromise pursis, thereby agreeing to co-habit together and to withdraw all the proceedings filed against each other. In view of the compromise pursis, the learned Judge of the Family Court at Latur has disposed of the HMP No. A.80/2019 as withdrawn vide order below Exh.1 dated 17.07.2021. Even respondent No. 2 has also withdrawn her petition bearing No. A-11/2019 filed for restitution of conjugal rights and also proceedings filed by respondent No. 2 under The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 bearing Criminal M.A. No. 27/2019 pending before the 6th JMFC, Latur. It is pointed out that all the orders passed by the Court in connection with the said proceedings are annexed to the additional affidavit.

Though the learned counsel for the applicants has no instructions about this, considering the additional affidavit filed by respondent No. 2 along with the copies of the orders passed by the Court in various proceedings, we dispose of the criminal application.
