The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that by way of present application, the applicant/petitioner wants to place on record the additional documents about the construction and also add the averments. The learned counsel submits that he has served the copy of the civil application to the learned advocate for respondent No.4. Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and opposes the application.

The non-applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' . Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days.
