In the Civil Application for condonation of delay, issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 28.07.2017.

Insofar as the Civil Application for stay is concerned, pending the hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal, the execution, implementation and operation of the impugned judgment and award under the appeal is hereby stayed on the condition that the Applicant shall deposit the entire amount under the award with accrued interest thereon, in this Court, within a period of 12 (twelve) weeks from today, failing which the order granting stay shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. The Civil Application for stay is, accordingly, disposed of.
