Both the petitioners are awaiting decision of the Scrutiny Committee in the proceedings for validation of their respective tribe certificates.

Learned AGP in Writ Petition No.289/2025 submits that the Committee would decide the proposal of the petitioner within three months.

Learned AGP in Writ Petition No.286/2025, on instructions, submits that the papers of the petitioner's proposal are not traceable. He submits that the Committee would reconstruct the file and the petitioner may be directed to cooperate.

We dispose of the Writ Petitions directing the petitioner from Writ Petition No.286/2025 to appear before the Committee and cooperate in reconstruction of the proposal at the earliest. 5.

The proposals in both these matters shall be decided finally, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within sixteen weeks. 6.

For a period of sixteen weeks, no adverse action shall be initiated against the petitioners.

7.

Even the salaries shall not be stopped for a period of sixteen weeks.
