Mr. Kakade, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has not been relieved. The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner could not have been transferred to Satara. The petitioner is a lady. The petitioner has also given representation to the Education Officer, but the same has not bee considered.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, if the said representation is pending, it will be decided on its own merits.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order. 4.
The respondent/Education Officer shall decide the representation filed by the petitioner Exhibit - C page 14 and 15 on its own merits as per its policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
