Learned Advocate for the petitioner / judgment debtor submits that he has deposited an amount of Rs.1,15,000/- in this Court on 25.7.2018. The remaining amount of Rs.67,000/- would be deposited in this Court on/or before 25.3.2019. The respondent / decree holder can withdraw the entire amount towards satisfaction of the decree dated 4.10.2013, delivered in RCS No.250 of 2012 (Old No. SCS No.186 of 2010).

Learned Advocate for the decree holder is agreeable and submits that this petition can be disposed off by recording the said statement and by granting liberty to the decree holder to withdraw the said amount with accrued interest from this Court. akl/d

In view of the above, the statement made by the judgment debtor - Dharmendra Baliya Kanojiya is recorded as a statement made to the Court. This petition, as well as the Civil Application, stand disposed off by granting liberty to the decree holder - Padmakar Ramesh Harba to withdraw the entire amount with accrued interest without any condition, subject to identification by the learned Advocate and as per the usual procedure applicable for withdrawal of the amount.
