.....
Shri S.B.Yawalkar, A.G.P. for applicants Shri V.A.Dhakne, advocate for petitioner in W.P. .....
CORAM : S.S.SHINDE AND P.R.BORA, JJ.
DATED : 27th JULY, 2016 PER COURT :- Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he will take appropriate steps to correct the mistake committed by the petitioner in placing on record the relevant Government Resolution.
2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. appearing for
the respondent jointly submit that in clause 7 of the order, dated 30.4.2014 in Writ Petition No. 6185 of 2013 instead of mentioning the Government Resolution dated 8.6.1995 issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra, it appears that inadvertently reference is made to the Government Resolution, dated 30.4.1998.
3.
Though we do not countenance the delay in approaching the Court for correction in the said order, the learned A.G.P. appearing for the State submits that in view of the reference of said Government Resolution dated 30.4.1998, respondents are not in a position to implement the directions issued by this Court in the said order.
4.
In that view of the matter in clause 7 of the order dated 30.4.2014, the words Government Resolution dated 30.4.1998 be substituted by "Government Resolution dated 8.6.1995 issued by the General Administration Department, Government
of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai".
5.
Time to comply the directions in the order dated 30.4.2014 stands extended by four months. 6.
