Order dated 9th October, 2015 passed by learned Ad-hoc District Judge, Jalgoan in Regular Civil Appeal No. 12 of 2012 has been challenged in this Writ Petition.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that the parties have settled the dispute out of court and places on record afÏdavit of the Petitioner, wherein it is stated that the tenants - Respondents have handed over possession of the suit premises to the Petitioner - landlord. The afÏdavit filed by the Petitioner is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. 3.
